Maisy Grace is a teenage multi instrumentalist hailing from North Cornwall, equally comfortable singing alongside a piano, Stratocaster or her trusty Fender P Bass. Having been gifted a tiny pink guitar at the age of six, she has been playing and performing for longer than she can remember – but the photos are there to prove it!  Her solo material has a dreamy atmospheric feel, combined with a beautifully honest vocal delivery and deeply personal lyrics.

A student of music technology at Truro College, Maisy is more often than not to be found in a studio on campus or at home, writing, recording and mixing her own work, or as part of local all girl indie pop group Elmara.

Maisy has also written for other people – such as ‘Roller Coaster’, written and arranged by Maisy and performed by the Long Covid Choir in June 2021, and featured on Channel 5 News. Watch here.

A lockdown link up with the team at Sorting Room Studios through 2020 & 21 has led to the release of her first two singles, ‘Love Birds’ and ‘5 Minutes’, both of which have been featured on BBC Introducing South West.  Her 4 track debut EP is scheduled for release later this year – follow the socials below to be sure you don’t miss it.

“Immaculately poised and performed”. Tom Robinson, BBC 6 Introducing

“As you might expect, I get sent a lot of music from singer-songwriters but rarely do I get sent music imbued with such creativity or such confidence of style. Spell binding”. Listen With Monger
